Moving off

Moving OffThere will be many times during your test when you will be required to move off. Here is the procedure for moving off properly:

Put the car into first gear, signal your intention to move out to the right. Then check your three mirrors from left to right and your blind spot over your right shoulder then move away without rolling back. Make sure you only move just after your blind spot check while looking ahead in the direction you want to go. Check your centre and right side mirror as you move away to check for other vehicles, cyclists and children.
